Just a heads up, I will be taking a break.

I will put this first so you won't have to read through a long post. tl;dr version starts here: I might be quitting soon. [ /tl;dr]

Some of you already know this, most don't. There are a couple of reasons for this: I have less time to play (muuuch less than the usual) due to my new job and most of my real life friends (including Mei & Stephanie) don't play as much as they used to either. For those who don't know, I'm pretty accomplished here in Guild Wars with 30 titles maxed on my main and ~25 on my 2nd account and 50/50. I did everything that can be done in this game to this point minus some SCs and high-end PvP like entire HA matches but I don't really feel like doing those.

For the last couple of months I've seen many of my friends (both RL and in-game) leaving guilds and Guild Wars. I felt this way for quite a while but I kept playing for [ema], [emd] and the Alliance. I enjoy being a Guild Leader and an Alliance Leader and this is the biggest reason I haven't wrote this post before. I enjoyed fixing problems or being a liaison between members, guilds and guild leaders. I liked the stress this gave me, recruiting members, (good) guilds, and I liked swinging my kickhammer whenever there was some smartass around. I liked talking with Guild Leaders and members, I loved VQing (twice!) with you all and I loved hosting events and giving away whatever I had extra. I just don't have enough time for that.

I don't have enough time to be a good leader anymore.

I'll still be around until the end of the year just like now and I will hold the Wintersday party. [emd] will probably be lead by Cojuer Dheuto in the very near future and [ema] will stay under one of my names until further notice. I will still be in game whenever I have the time and when there will be new content implemented. I will most certainly be in Guild Wars 2 perhaps leading a guild just like [ema|emd].

Thank you Marcus for everything. We both had some pretty fun times together in [emd]. I will be a great guild leader so you can count on me. I hope to see you soon or in GW2. Good luck with your job. (I'm totally jealous of it btw)
