Gw2 Classes

Alrighty, what we know about GW2:
There are 8 classes; 3 light armor (ele,X,X), 3 medium armor (X,X,X) and 2 heavy armor (war, X)
There are 12 weapons: Axe, dagger, mace, pistol, scepter, and sword, greatsword, hammer, longbow, rifle, shortbow, and staff.
We know that Classes will have to stick with certain weapons *don't like the idea* but there is dual wielding.

Weapons used determine the skills available, I.E. a war with a bow is essentially a ranger.

So what do y'all think the other classes are gonna be?

Personally I want to see a heavy armor healer.

Seeing as there are only two light armors up for grabs, and 4 light classes left, I think that Rits may disapear or get assimilated into a R/Rt or N/RT.

rits will prob get assimilated with the necro, knowing that grenth is the god of both of them it makes sense.
As light armor i say: necro and mesmer

as for the other aromr types i can't say much, but healer as a heavy armor... doesn't make sense. IMO

Oh and there won't be a healer, there will be a support profession.

No healer class huh, mayhaps it'll be a support class or something then.

So i guess i was kinda wrong about the ranger.

This class adds up to medium armor i suppose ^^

Hey, I thought is was gone too. The GW2 sight never said anything about shortbows. I thought they were gonna fuse sin and rangers stuffs.

I, too, thought they were gonna merge the Ranger and Assassin in the original Rogue concept. Still, I like it better this way.
