site has virus according to my computer.

there you go, my computer has told me the site may have malware on it, so unfortunatly untill i can have it confirmed that there is not, i will no be using the site, except for this page.

I got the same message from Chrome. My past experience with it says it's nothing but the Google adverts we see above the forums, because I also got that message on several other websites that have adverts like such.

Basically, Google goes in a website and when it grabs the info needed for Google also performs a check to see if the site is clean or presents malaware. That's the reason for which it isn't a good idea to click on shiny stuff or "play games" that are disguised, in fact being adverts. Google Ads are paid adverts that Google places on a page after examining its contents so because they take money for that they can only put that red flag we just saw there.

Also, if you're visiting other forums (with old phpbb platform, or one that allows easy access without email confirmation) you might see that red screen more often because bots are replying to posts with all kind of adverts and clicky-here-omg-#1.000.000-winnrar things. That isn't the case of our forum.

I split the miniature post in two to be able to control the content with ease. I also checked the posts of the people who posted and they're clean.

As an update. I'm on Firefox atm, clean install, no warning here.

Using Opera and everything is in order.
I've heard of this before; some other darkbb forum(s) or some of the sites which display the advertisements must have been flagged through Google as containing viruses, so it automatically assumes that ALL darkbb forums (including ours) contain viruses. Chrome obviously takes its info from Google and warns you before you access our forums. Note that the warning says "MAY harm your computer".
Keep your antivirus software updated just in case and you should be fine. Like I said, the warning is most probably for some of the advertisements which likely DO contain viruses.
