They said on twitter that it's part of a new video and not a new profession, so the female charr (who btw is derived from a cheetah, not a shaved kitty ^^) could actually be a warrior since they can use rifles.
There's still hope that the next profession is gonna be the mesmer XD *fingers crossed*
