as I feel GW2 comming soon let's say in 1/2 a year, I have the following question how do we coordinate our joining to servers of GW2 so we will be on the same one

The forum is probably the most comprehensive way to coordinate everything. Telepathy is a good second. Beyond that, maybe gather those migrating on GW1 and go from there? I'm not too sure but I'd put my money on the forum.
