Rangers FTW! (unless they're useless in gw2)

Since I've used the character Prince Zorkian for over 10 yrs now in various games as a Warrior, he will probably be a warrior in GW2 as well. But I am planning on trying every class within the first month or two of the game being released

I am glad to announce that Churchill WILL feature in gw. Weza Sabreclaw will be a Charr Ranger

I wanted to make a Charr one, but after seeing the Ranger presentation vids, I don't know... Human seems much cooler. They sort of look like the witchers, and the Charr ones seem pretty lame... I'll see.

And definitely a Charr Warrior. If the armors in-game are half as good as Rytlock's, then it's gonna look too awesome to be safely measured with the Awesometer.

Still, I will probably try all, but these 2 are a certainty for actually going through the campaigns.

probably up to 4 slots

That would suck. I think 4 slots would be a really bad joke.

GW 2: 8 professions * 4 races * 2 genders = 64 combos
GW 1: 6 professions * 1 race * 2 genders = 12 combos

I think we might have anywhere from 10-20 slots.

yes, but instead of thinking of the combos ,you have to think
from a business stand point.


gw1: tyria only had 4 slots , factions gained 2 more and nightfall gained 2 more
and the rest we have to buy at $10 each.

im only guessing that it will be 4. it could be anywhere from 3 to 6 slots.
things arent finalized yet.

I also wanted to make an edit yesterday but I forgot.

It could very well be 6 slots because we have 8 professions.

Even though its a business blah blah, i doubt they are gonna release the game without at least giving enough slots to play as each of the races...
